Rules and Policies

Shipping

 

  • For Sleeves and light items
    • Shipping fees in Cairo, Giza, 6th Of October, Shrouk, and Obour are 40EGP
    • Shipping fees to Alexandria is 45LE

 

  • For Lighting units, and furniture shipping fees is calculated at checkout according to the order weight

 

Return and Exchange Policies

 

  • Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery date.
  • No refunds for shipping fees.
  • Orders can be returned at our office free of charge or from your doorstep for 35LE.
  • Orders can be exchanged at our office free of charge or from your doorstep for 60EGP.
  • Orders can only be returned or exchanged if it is in good condition (not used).
  • Upon receiving returned package, the package will be examined for scratches and signs of usage.
  • Return and exchange process can take up to 5 working days from your request time.
  • No returns or exchanges for customized orders.

  • Invoice and package must be attached with the returned order.

  • Refunds are done through the same payment methods (Cash or Card)

  • Card payment refunds may take a few weeks to be processed
